About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Eli Logistics Solutions Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement and inventory management processes to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement and Inventory Management
    • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
    • Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate prices and delivery terms.
    • Manage inventory levels to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize stockouts.
  • Supply Chain Planning
    • Plan and coordinate the movement of goods from suppliers to customers.
    • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead a team of procurement and logistics professionals to achieve business objectives.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams.
    • Collaborate with external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and logistics providers.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Experience
      • Minimum 1 year of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics.
    • Skills
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
