About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Logistics Manager to join our team at Tuo Fa Industries Equipment Co., Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our logistics and procurement functions, ensuring the efficient and effective flow of goods and services across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics and Procurement Leadership
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize logistics and procurement processes
    • Lead a team of logistics and procurement professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Supply Chain Management
    • Manage the flow of goods and services from suppliers to customers
    • Coordinate activities with purchasing and warehouse departments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Contract Management
    • Develop and manage contracts with suppliers to ensure compliance with company policies
    • Review and process claims against suppliers
  • Inventory Management
    • Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform inventory management decisions
    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on logistics and procurement performance
    • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field (e.g. supply chain management, logistics, business administration)
  • Experience
    • 5 years or more of experience in logistics and procurement management
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
    • Knowledge of logistics and procurement software and systems
