Key Responsibilities- Procurement and Sourcing: Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and equipment.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory levels, including ordering, stocking, and distribution of goods.
- Logistics and Transportation: Coordinate the movement of goods from suppliers to our facilities, ensuring efficient and cost-effective transportation methods.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze and improve supply chain processes to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of logistics and procurement professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance, including metrics on cost, quality, and delivery times.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain logistics or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
