Your Responsibilities:
- Assess and understand customer requirements, providing tailored assistance.
- Guide clients through the complete sales journey, from initial engagement to vehicle handover.
- Facilitate test drives and negotiate terms for a smooth closing process.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers.
- Work towards achieving both individual and team sales objectives.
- Inform customers about financing options, warranties, and additional products.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation, collaborating with the finance team.
- Leverage various channels, including social media, to generate leads.
- Conduct daily inventory assessments.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a cohesive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in automotive sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of automotive financing options.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Valid OMVIC Automotive License.

Compensation: $65,000.00-$156,000.00 annually
