Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the financial management team in facilitating financing options for new and used vehicle purchasers.
- Present extended warranty packages to clients.
- Provide guests with options for paint, fabric, and rust protection.
- Act as a liaison between clients and financial institutions.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
- Process secure applications for financial institutions and Service Ontario.
- Prepare necessary documentation such as bills of sale and conditional sale agreements.
- Collaborate closely with sales and service departments to ensure excellent customer service.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A motivated self-starter with a passion for the automotive sector.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
