Your Responsibilities
  • Assess and understand customer needs, providing tailored assistance.
  • Guide clients through the sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle handover.
  • Facilitate test drives and negotiate terms for a smooth closing experience.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers.
  • Work towards achieving both individual and team sales objectives.
  • Inform customers about financing options, warranties, and additional products.
  • Complete necessary paperwork accurately and promptly, collaborating with the finance team.
  • Leverage various channels, including social media, to generate leads.
  • Conduct daily assessments of inventory.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a cohesive work environment.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in automotive sales is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive financing options.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Possession of a valid OMVIC Automotive License.
