Key Responsibilities:
- Assist our financial management team in guiding customers through financing options for their vehicle purchases.
- Facilitate the sale of extended warranty packages and protection plans for both new and used vehicles.
- Act as a liaison between customers and financial institutions to ensure smooth transactions.
- Engage in continuous professional development and training.
- Prepare secure applications for financial institutions and complete necessary documentation.
- Collaborate closely with sales and service departments to provide excellent customer service.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
