Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate customer requirements, providing tailored support.
- Assist customers throughout the sales journey, from initial inquiry to vehicle handover.
- Facilitate test drives and negotiate terms for a smooth transaction.
- Establish and nurture strong customer relationships.
- Work towards meeting both individual and team sales objectives.
- Inform customers about financing options, warranties, and additional products.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of paperwork in collaboration with the finance team.
- Leverage various platforms, including social media, to generate leads.
- Conduct regular inventory assessments.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a cohesive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in automotive sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Effective communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of automotive financing options.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
- Valid OMVIC Automotive License.
