Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate customer requirements, providing tailored support.
  • Assist customers throughout the sales journey, from initial inquiry to vehicle handover.
  • Facilitate test drives and negotiate terms for a smooth transaction.
  • Establish and nurture strong customer relationships.
  • Work towards meeting both individual and team sales objectives.
  • Inform customers about financing options, warranties, and additional products.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of paperwork in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Leverage various platforms, including social media, to generate leads.
  • Conduct regular inventory assessments.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to foster a cohesive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in automotive sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive financing options.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
  • Valid OMVIC Automotive License.
