Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Global Infotech Services. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to technical inquiries and provide solutions to clients and employees experiencing difficulties with computer systems, software, and network issues.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical problems, utilizing technical documentation and resources to implement effective solutions.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to employees on the use of computer systems, software, and network applications.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of technical issues, solutions, and training provided, and prepare reports as required.
Requirements
  • Education: College diploma or equivalent in a related field, such as computer science or information technology.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and network applications, including Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems.
Work Environment

As a Technical Support Specialist at Global Infotech Services, you will work in a fast-paced environment, providing technical support to clients and employees. You will be required to work under pressure, multitask, and maintain attention to detail.
