About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Computer Systems Analyst to join our team at CloudLabs Technologies Canada Inc. as a key member of our IT infrastructure team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Requirements: Document and ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
  • Business Solutions Development: Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions.
  • IT Strategy and Policy: Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Security Risk Assessment: Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware.
  • Security Policy Development: Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
  • Usability Testing: Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality.
  • Test Execution: Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
Requirements
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in Salesforce and SAP (FI/CO / HR / MM / OT SD).
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, client focus, and team player.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
