About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Computer Systems Analyst to join our team at CloudLabs Technologies Canada Inc. as a key member of our IT infrastructure team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Requirements
    • Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business needs.
  • Business Solutions Development
    • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions.
  • IT Strategy and Policy
    • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Security and Risk Management
    • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware.
    • Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
    • Usability testing.
    • Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality.
  • Software Development Life Cycle
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree.
  • Work Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
