Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Commercial Services to join our team at NTT DATA. This role will oversee account-level financial and commercial matters, working closely with commercial, finance, and facilities teams to align customer and vendor agreements with our account strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee commercial aspects of customer agreements, ensuring alignment with our account strategy and customer demands.
  • Manage commercial aspects of third-party vendor agreements, establishing new vendor relationships and ensuring contract deliverables are met on schedule.
  • Work closely with governance tiers to manage changes to customer agreements, adhering to governance processes.
  • Aid in the development of key governance materials, such as dashboards, reports, briefing notes, and presentations.
  • Support key governance initiatives and projects as required or directed.
  • Oversee the development of project work orders and contractual change orders and amendments.
  • Maintain a collaborative partnership between NTT DATA and our clients to develop mutually beneficial business arrangements that align with our strategy and values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience working within large enterprise organizations ($50M/year revenue / 500+ employees).
  • 5+ years of experience working in support of the healthcare industry, with public sector knowledge or experience desired.
  • Ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders and facilitate a collaborative approach with contract partners (vendors and clients).
