Job Description

**Financial Analyst - Contract Management**

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Bouygues Energies & Services. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for the production and management of weekly and monthly financial results for multiple contracts.

  • **Financial Reporting**: Take responsibility for generating month-end journals and performing pre-close and post-close financial performance reviews.
  • **Budgeting and Forecasting**: Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts for contracts and risk analysis.
  • **Communication**: Lead the communication with operation teams to gather accurate information to produce various reports.
  • **Analysis and Presentation**: Present meaningful trends and variance analysis to enable stakeholders to make informed decisions.
  • **Indicator Production**: Produce and analyze indicators based on all business areas, such as invoicing, debt, personnel, purchasing, allocations, productivity, and stock control.
  • **Pricing and Audits**: Assist with the preparation and review of the pricing of variation quotations prepared for the client and participate in year-end statutory audits and internal audits.
  • **Prioritization and Support**: Ability to prioritize based on changing demands from different levels of stakeholders and support operational managers with financial tools.

  • **Technical Skills**: Working knowledge in Microsoft D365 ERP and other ERP systems such as SAP, and advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel.

**Education and Experience**

  • **Designated CPA or Equivalent**: Designated CPA or equivalent.
  • **Minimum Five-Year Experience**: Minimum five-year progressive experience in a related field/role.
  • **System Migration Experience**: Prior experience in system migration would be a definite advantage.
  • **Effective Communication**: Prior experience in effective communication with operational teams.
