- Business Intelligence: Provide business intelligence services to support the Institute's decision-making processes, including data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting.
- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of financial analysts and staff, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure the success of the team.

- Professional Accounting Designation: Possess a professional accounting designation, such as CPA or CMA.
