We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Officer to manage various office functions within our organization. This role is essential for ensuring that our administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.

- Assess and enhance administrative procedures
- Assign tasks to office support personnel
- Set work priorities and ensure adherence to procedures and deadlines
- Manage administrative functions of the organization
- Implement policies regarding the management of records in compliance with government regulations
- Organize and coordinate office services, including logistics, supplies, and maintenance
- Assist in budget preparation and maintain financial controls
- Compile data and generate reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Conduct data entry tasks
- Provide training to staff members
- Oversee and manage office administrative processes
- Supervise 1 to 2 staff members
- Proficient in spreadsheet applications
- Experienced with MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word
- Possess own transportation and vehicle
- Willingness to travel as needed
