Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Wilkinson Construction Services Inc. as an Office Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk operations, serving as the primary point of contact for guests, employees, candidates, and vendors.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including conference rooms, stock and storage rooms, and communal areas.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as answering and directing inquiries, preparing correspondence, faxing, filing, meeting minutes, mailings, and deliveries.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to office and other staff members and departments as needed, including organizing team events.
  • Oversee and order office supplies, anticipating requirements, stocking supply stations, and ensuring equipment is in working order.
  • Maintain filing systems, contact databases, employee lists, and inventories.
Requirements and Skills
  • Proven experience in a back-office assistant, office assistant, or virtual assistant role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
