Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage IT projects from initiation to delivery. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  2. Lead and manage project teams, including IT specialists, business analysts, and vendors.
  3. Coordinate and manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  4. Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements and are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  5. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including business partners, vendors, and project sponsors.
  7. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and standards.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Knowledge of IT service management frameworks, including ITIL.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
