Job Title: Assistant Manager, Construction

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager, Construction to join our team at Colliers Project Leaders Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors' activities, planning and organizing daily operations, and preparing and submitting construction project budget estimates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate subcontractors' activities to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Plan and organize daily operations to maximize efficiency and productivity
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates to stakeholders
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform decision-making
  • Prepare reports to stakeholders on project progress and performance
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction management
  • First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, Fall Arrest Protection Training Course, and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Proficiency in Primavera, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS Word
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required
