Job Title: Computer Manager

BYTEMINDS IT SERVICES INC. is seeking a highly skilled Computer Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our computer systems and ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • IT Project Management: Assign and coordinate IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and direct computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians, and other personnel to ensure they are meeting their job requirements.
  • Policy Implementation: Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems, ensuring they are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Client Communication: Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Operational Evaluation: Review operational reports to assess compliance with software and hardware requirements, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Budget Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring they are aligned with company financial goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in IT project management and team supervision.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 42.5 hours per week.
