Project Manager

360 IT Professionals Inc. is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Mobile Devices & Logistics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing business processes, analyzing data, and reporting on key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and execute ongoing and planned projects and initiatives
  2. Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve business processes
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  4. Provide data analysis and reporting to support business decision-making

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 years' experience in Retail and Call Centre support
  2. Experience in the mobile / telecom service industry
  3. Strong data analytical, root cause analysis, and reporting skills
  4. Creative problem-solving, planning, and execution skills
  5. Demonstrated project management experience
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  7. Experience managing virtual teams and resources
  8. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Post-secondary degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field
  2. Business Analysis / Lean Six Sigma experience
  3. Bilingual ENG/FR (written and verbal) an asset
  4. Bell, Virgin, The Source Retail Store experience
