Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at 360 IT Professionals Inc. in Fremont, California. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing virtual teams and resources, executing and managing ongoing and planned projects and initiatives, and managing internal and external resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate project activities, including data analysis, reporting, and root cause analysis.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead and motivate virtual teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Retail and Call Centre support.
  • Strong data analytical, root cause analysis, and reporting skills.
  • Creative problem-solving, planning, and execution skills.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Experience managing virtual teams and resources.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • Business Analysis / Lean Six Sigma experience.
  • Bilingual ENG/FR (written and verbal) an asset.
  • Bell, Virgin, The Source Retail Store experience.
