CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a skilled Litigation Support Technician to provide essential technical and analytical support for litigation processes. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality litigation support services tailored to the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Litigation Support Technician, your duties will include:
- Coordinating litigation support services, including trial preparation and presentation, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Administering litigation support systems by conducting testing, quality assurance, and maintaining the functionality of resources used for data, voice, and video transmission.
- Ensuring the integrity and efficiency of systems while managing the inventory of litigation support equipment.
- Implementing security measures to protect the confidentiality and availability of systems and data.
- Providing comprehensive customer support, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and user training.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues reported by users, ensuring seamless operation of hardware and software.
- Performing additional related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Ability to successfully complete a stringent background investigation and obtain necessary security clearance.
- Experience with litigation support principles and systems development.
- Familiarity with performance monitoring and quality assurance methods.
- Knowledge of technical documentation and systems security protocols.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with litigation support databases and discovery processing software.
