About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at ALBERTA LTD. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient workflow
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events
- Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries
- Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and manage information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
- Utilize MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word to perform administrative tasks
- Work under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
