About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at Teriyaki Madness. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our unique Teriyaki flavor and style, while also ensuring that our dishes are consistently prepared to the highest standards.

Staff Management

Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service and quality.

Inventory Management

Manage our inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the resources needed to meet our culinary goals.

Quality Control

Inspect our kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that our dishes are prepared to the highest standards and that our customers have a positive experience in our restaurants.

Requirements
  • Education

No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is required.

Language

English is the primary language spoken in our restaurants, and proficiency in English is required.

Work Hours

40 hours per week is the standard work schedule for this role.
