About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at Teriyaki Madness. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and specials that showcase our unique Teriyaki flavor.
  • Kitchen Operations: Oversee the daily operations of our kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Staff Management: Lead and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service and quality food.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our menu demands.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our food meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
