About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Afghan Cuisine Ltd. as a Head Cook. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
  • Chef Management: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers receive a positive dining experience.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other members of the kitchen team to ensure that we are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent culinary skills, strong leadership and management skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
