The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As an Outbound BDR, you will be a critical part of our business development team and be a key driver to acquire new clients and expand existing revenue.

You will prospect, execute outbound campaigns, and run quick 15-minute calls to pitch our product and understand what solutions best fit each client. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive new business and build relationships with our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make 50+ cold calls per day to acquire new clients and expand existing revenue.
  • Work closely with our Senior Account Executives to open up new sale opportunities.
  • Manage the outbound sales pipeline, keeping our CRM organized and tracking customer journeys.
  • Utilize the latest strategies and best tools to drive terrific performance.
  • Have the freedom to do your best work, with minimal micromanagement.
