Job Summary:
The Enterprise Sales Development Representative is responsible for generating new sources of revenue for Trulioo. This role involves engaging and attracting new prospects, and nurturing relationships with target accounts, through various campaigns to win new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research into net new target industries, accounts, and roles to identify potential revenue streams.
- Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to key prospects at Enterprise accounts, leveraging the company's value proposition and Ideal Customer Profile.
- Work a dedicated account list through an outbound sequence, which includes calls, emails, video, and social media outreach, to build relationships and generate leads.
- Become an expert in Trulioo's products and services, and use this knowledge to source new business opportunities.
- Be creative and bold in your outbound outreach, using a combination of traditional and innovative methods to engage with prospects.
- Schedule and lead introductory calls with generated leads, and work alongside an Account Executive to identify client needs and business problems using proven sales methodologies.
- Transition qualified leads from your pipeline to an Account Executive's pipeline to further the customer journey and buying process.
- Navigate Salesforce to pull account lists and re-engage stale leads, bringing them back to a sales cycle.
- Use a range of communication tools and platforms to interact with and target new prospects, and manage your own outbound campaigns and MQLs while adhering to business SLAs.
- Master Trulioo's tech stack, which includes Salesforce, Salesloft, Apollo, and Sales Navigator, to optimize your sales efforts.
- Be a consistent communicator and team player, working closely with the marketing, SDR, and Sales teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Ability to build pipeline for Enterprise-level accounts, and a strong understanding of the sales process.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- An ability to think creatively and react quickly to tailor messaging to different conversations, and a strong attention to detail.
- Ambition, confidence, and a fearless outgoing attitude, with a self-starter mentality and a competitive growth mindset.
- Strong time management skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Experience working with Salesforce and other CRM/sales outreach platforms, and a strong understanding of sales technology.
- Outbound sales prospecting experience, and a comfort level with using technology to engage with prospects.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to changing situations and priorities, and a strong resilience to handle rejection and overcome obstacles.
- A passion for continuous learning, and a proactive approach to acquiring knowledge about products, industry, and customer needs.
