The Opportunity:

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Winback B2B Sales Specialists to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for reinstating customers who have disconnected their accounts and providing customized solutions to meet their needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer issues within established guidelines and policies to save customers.
  • Balance customer service skills with retention and sales.
  • Maintain a high level of competitiveness and product knowledge.
  • Provide quality service that exceeds customer expectations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and navigate multiple online tools and applications.
  • Meet or exceed performance metric goals for the program.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in B2B sales.
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
  • Previous retention experience is considered an asset.
  • Experience in a call center environment is considered an asset.
  • Sales experience in internet, cable, wireless, etc. is an asset.
  • Ability to sell and build customer relationships over the telephone.
  • Must reside in and legally be able to work in Canada.

Important Details:

  • You must have a dedicated and distraction-free workspace.
  • While working, your computer must be connected to your modem with an ethernet cable.
  • Your minimum internet speeds will need to be 15Mbps Download/5Mbps Upload.
  • You will need to supply your own headset with a microphone and a USB connection as well as a webcam for training.
