Outbound Winback B2B Sales Specialist

The Opportunity:
We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Winback B2B Sales Specialists to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for reinstating customers who have disconnected their accounts and providing customized solutions to meet their needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer issues within established guidelines and policies to save customers.
- Balance customer service skills with retention and sales.
- Maintain a high level of competitiveness and product knowledge.
- Provide quality service that exceeds customer expectations.
- Maintain confidentiality and navigate multiple online tools and applications.
- Meet or exceed performance metric goals for the program.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in B2B sales.
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
- Previous retention experience is considered an asset.
- Experience in a call center environment is considered an asset.
- Sales experience in internet, cable, wireless, etc. is an asset.
- Ability to sell and build customer relationships over the telephone.
- Must reside in and legally be able to work in Canada.
Important Details:
- You must have a dedicated and distraction-free workspace.
- While working, your computer must be connected to your modem with an ethernet cable.
- Your minimum internet speeds will need to be 15Mbps Download/5Mbps Upload.
- You will need to supply your own headset with a microphone and a USB connection as well as a webcam for training.
