About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dominos Pizza. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food preparation and service areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation

Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.

Estimate Ingredients and Supplies

Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.

Hire and Train Staff

Hire and train food service staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent customer service.

Ensure Quality Control

Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining the high standards that our customers expect from us.

Prepare Budgets and Reports

Prepare budgets and reports, providing management with the information they need to make informed decisions.

Address Customer Complaints

Address customer complaints and concerns, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

Maintain Records

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that we have a clear picture of our operations.

Prepare Food Order Summaries

Prepare and submit food order summaries for the chef, ensuring that all orders are accurate and complete.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor who has a proven track record of success in a similar role. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role

Work Setting

Cafeteria, restaurant, or similar food service environment

Physical Capabilities

Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced environment
