Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our food service operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, including training them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Manage Food and Supplies

Estimate and manage the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.

Lead and Develop Team Members

Train and develop our food service staff, providing them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.

Ensure Quality and Safety Standards

Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality and safety standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.

Prepare Reports and Budgets

Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including budget and cost estimates.

Address Customer Concerns

Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service supervisory role

Language

Fluent in English

Work Schedule

30 to 40 hours per week
