- Engage with clients regarding overdue invoices and monitor credit limits, utilizing a high volume of communication primarily through email and phone.
- Conduct thorough research and reconciliation of unapplied credits and outstanding journal entries.
- Maintain meticulous records of collection activities and client interactions within our ERP system.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related discipline.
- Approximately 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounts receivable, or a similar role in credit and collections.
- Proven ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision to achieve team objectives.
- Proficiency in French (both verbal and written) is highly regarded.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably D365) for analyzing payment trends and data entry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
