Job Summary

WIPTEC, a leading provider of order picking solutions for the retail and e-commerce industries, is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Consultant to join its team. As a key member of the HR department, this individual will play a critical role in supporting the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement to maximize effectiveness and efficiency;
  • Conduct meetings with employees, operations teams, and other stakeholders to provide support and guidance;
  • Develop and implement regulatory compliance programs, including accident investigation and occupational injury management;
  • Lead health and safety committee meetings and ensure compliance with collective agreements;
  • Manage group insurance enrollment, termination, and changes;
  • Foster a sense of belonging among employees and act as a point of contact for unionized employees;
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate payroll processing;
  • Support managers in administrative file management and document HR processes;
  • Participate in organizational development projects and contribute to the company's growth and success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field;
  • Three to five years of experience in human resources, preferably in a unionized environment;
  • Membership in the Ordre CRHA (an asset);
  • Excellent work organization skills and proficiency in French and English, spoken and written.
