Key Responsibilities

  • Offer guidance and operational assistance to partners and staff regarding human resources issues, ensuring compliance with policies, guidelines, and legal requirements while aligning with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the performance evaluation process, including the management of annual reviews and the creation of personalized development plans.
  • Engage in the rollout of competitive compensation and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members.
  • Navigate complex situations, including terminations, leaves of absence, and employee disputes.
  • Support succession planning and career advancement efforts for staff.
  • Ensure that regional practices reflect MNP's core values and standards.
  • Participate in various projects as needed.
  • Collaborate with the national Human Capital team and counterparts in other regions to ensure consistent practices.
  • Deliver presentations to internal departments and lead workshops as required.
  • Promote diversity initiatives within the workplace.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations.
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in human resources.
  • Certification as a Human Resources Professional (CHRP) is preferred or in progress.
  • Experience in a professional services setting is advantageous.
  • Bilingual proficiency in both French and English is required.
  • This role may involve travel to various locations.
