Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement human resources and labor relations strategies, including policies, programs, and procedures to meet the organization's resource needs.
  2. Provide advice on employee relations and labor relations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  3. Develop job classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales, as well as competency measures and evaluation systems.
  4. Plan and administer staffing and total compensation plans, including training and professional development programs.
  5. Manage programs and update human resources information and related records management systems.
  6. Other job-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  1. Studies completed in a field related to human resources management.
  2. Excellent organizational and autonomy skills.
  3. Bilingualism is an asset.
