About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at The UPS Store. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop customer service representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Performance Management: Manage the performance of customer service representatives, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their performance.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve our customer service processes and implement changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a customer service or team leadership role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to lead and manage a team, and strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
