Supervisor, Food Service Operations

Burrito Libre Restaurants Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff
Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparers and counter attendants, to ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
Train and Develop StaffTrain and develop staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and customer service skills to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesEstimate and manage inventory and supplies required for meal preparation, including ingredients and equipment, to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
Ensure Quality ControlEnsure that food and service meet quality control standards by conducting regular quality checks and addressing any issues that arise.
Prepare Budget and ReportsPrepare budget and cost estimates, as well as reports on sales, stock, and wastage, to help inform business decisions.
Address Customer ComplaintsAddress customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive a positive experience.
Work EnvironmentThe Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks such as bending, crouching, and walking. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout their shift.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
LanguageEnglish.
