Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Little Caesars Pizza of Alberta Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities

Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Train and Develop Staff

Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensure that all inventory is managed effectively to minimize waste and optimize profitability.

Lead by Example

Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service and a passion for delivering high-quality food and beverages.

Manage Budget and Reports

Prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and other key metrics.

Address Customer Concerns

Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and to the customer's satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.

Work Environment

Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service and quality food preparation.

Work Setting

Food service establishment with a focus on quick service and customer convenience.

Physical Capabilities

Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, kneel, and walk.
