We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Super Homes. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our customer service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 3-4 customer service representatives
    • Provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service

    • Coordinate and schedule customer service activities

    • Ensure all team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
