Position Overview

The role of the Customer Service Operations Supervisor at KRAM & ASSOCIATES INC. involves overseeing a dedicated team to ensure exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Authorize Transactions: Manage and approve routine deposits and withdrawals to maintain financial integrity.
  • Work Scheduling: Develop and implement effective work schedules and procedures to optimize team performance.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and verify the accuracy of team outputs to uphold service standards.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on team performance and operational metrics.
  • Training: Facilitate training sessions for staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations to foster employee development.
  • Operational Oversight: Coordinate, assign, and review tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Technical Maintenance: Ensure the operation of computer systems and equipment, coordinating repairs as necessary to support business continuity.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to meet service demands.
Supervisory Scope

This position involves supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.

Qualifications
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within customer service.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language Requirement: Proficiency in English.
  • Work Hours: Availability for 30 to 44 hours per week.
