- Work Setting: Responsibilities include managing operations in various settings such as restaurants, catering firms, and fast food outlets.
- Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Conduct training for staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Estimate necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Recruit and hire food service personnel.
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service.
- Prepare budget plans and cost estimates for operations.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit operational reports as required.
- Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
The supervisor will oversee a team of 11-15 individuals, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.

- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that involve bending, crouching, and walking.
