Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at MB CAMBRIDGE INC. as a key member of our kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Plan and execute menus, estimate food requirements, and requisition supplies to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Culinary Expertise: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes, and train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
