Key Responsibilities- Greet and Welcome Customers: Greet prospective customers and determine the nature of their visit, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Direct Customers to the Correct Department: Direct customers to the correct department or personnel, ensuring they receive the assistance they need in a timely manner.
- Answer Customer Inquiries: Answer basic customer inquiries and refer more extensive inquiries to the appropriate person, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Control and Track Loaner Vehicles: Control and track loaner vehicles and their conditions, ensuring they are properly maintained and returned to the correct location.
- Perform Customer Follow-up Duties: Perform customer follow-up duties by phone, ensuring customers are satisfied with their experience and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Maintain a Clean and Organized Customer Lounge: Keep the customer lounge area presentable and tidy, including stocking the coffee area and ensuring a comfortable environment for our customers.
- Follow Company Safety Policies: Follow company safety policies and practices, immediately reporting any accidents or incidents to a Manager/Supervisor.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Customer Service Focus: Demonstrate a strong customer service focus, ensuring all guests are helped and satisfied with their experience.
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in an active, social atmosphere without being distracted, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid British Columbia Driver's License Class 5 with a clean driver's abstract.
