Job Summary

The In-store Customer Experience Specialist is a key role at UNIQLO, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive store experience. This involves building strong relationships with customers, acting as a brand ambassador, and providing a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the UNIQLO brand in a positive and professional manner, aligned with the company's mission and vision.
  • Provide superior customer service, focusing on brand experience and customer engagement/satisfaction.
  • Utilize company tools to build brand recognition, maximize sales, and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Advocate for the integration of stores and eCommerce, enhancing the customer purchasing experience.
  • Develop and share insights on new products and services, and provide customer feedback through internal communication channels.
  • Work collaboratively as a team player, upholding company policies and procedures in all aspects of customer service.
  • Assist management in identifying and resolving issues in the store, and support special projects as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education with at least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Able to stand for long periods, read computer terminals, and lift up to 50 pounds.
