Job Summary

The In-store Customer Experience Specialist plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable store experience for our customers. As a brand ambassador, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions to meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a brand ambassador by positively representing the brand and its values.
  • Provide superior customer service, focusing on building strong relationships and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Utilize company tools to maximize sales and profits, and increase the number of units per transaction.
  • Advocate for the integration of stores and eCommerce, enhancing the customer purchasing experience.
  • Develop and share insights on new products and services, and provide customer feedback through internal communication channels.
  • Work collaboratively as a team player, upholding company policies and procedures, and contributing to a positive working environment.
  • Assist management in identifying and resolving issues in the store, and support special projects as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education with at least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, read computer terminals, and lift up to 50 pounds.
