About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at 1834724 Alberta Ltd. as an Administrative Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and Manage Daily Operations
    • Direct and control daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
    • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Plan and Organize
    • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure effective use of company resources.
    • Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives.
  • Record and Prepare Minutes
    • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Manage Office Procedures
    • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient workflow.
    • Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure timely meetings and events.
  • Manage Contracts and Supplies
    • Manage contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Provide Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Manage Digital Data
    • Maintain and manage digital databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Perform Bookkeeping Tasks
    • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to ensure accurate financial records.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Computer and Technology Skills
    • MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, MS Office, Google Drive.
