Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Prime Foods. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
  • Office Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Ensure the office is well-organized and maintained, including the maintenance of a clean and safe working environment.
  • Communication
    • Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
    • Respond to inquiries and provide information to clients and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Project Coordination
    • Assist in the coordination and implementation of projects, including developing project plans, coordinating resources, and tracking progress.
    • Provide support to project teams, including preparing materials, coordinating meetings, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Technology
    • Manage and maintain office technology, including computers, software, and equipment.
    • Ensure the security and integrity of company data and systems.
  • Team Support
    • Provide support to colleagues, including training, guidance, and assistance as needed.
    • Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and other office software.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment with minimal supervision. The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential.

Language

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule

The work schedule is 30 to 44 hours per week.
