Senior Manager, Supplier Initiatives and Transformation

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Supplier Management team in driving transformation and growth. As a Senior Manager, Supplier Initiatives and Transformation, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance supplier relationships, improve risk management, and drive business value.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute supplier management strategies to drive business growth and improve risk management
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement supplier transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate supplier-related risks
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships to drive business value
- Monitor and report on supplier performance and risk
- 5+ years of experience in supplier risk management or a related field
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving business growth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
