Senior Change Manager Role

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Change Manager to lead transformation initiatives for our insurance client. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing change strategies that drive awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, and reinforcement of required changes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and recommend change strategies that foster awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, and reinforcement of required changes.

* Oversee the execution of change strategies and plans for transformation initiatives, collaborating with initiative owners/business leads and coordinating with various teams.

* Engage in regular Enterprise Change Enablement Office meetings, bringing business unit insights, escalating issues, sharing lessons learned, and evaluating future improvements to enhance the organization-wide offering.

* Lead change management efforts for Mergers and Acquisitions.

**Requirements:**

* 8+ years' experience working through strategy, design, development, and implementation of large-scale transformation initiatives with a focus on the impact to people, processes, technology, and organizational structure.

* Expertise and experience in change management principles, methodologies, and organizational communication.

* Demonstrated experience with Mergers & Acquisitions.
