We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Supplier Management team in driving transformation and excellence in supplier risk management. As a Senior Manager, Supplier Initiatives and Transformation, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to mitigate supplier risks, improve supplier relationships, and enhance overall supplier management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement supplier risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive collaboration and alignment.
- Conduct supplier reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supplier management policies, procedures, and standards.
- Provide thought leadership and expertise in supplier risk management to drive business growth and innovation.
- 5+ years of experience in supplier risk management or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective supplier risk management strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and develop recommendations.
